It's our job to roll up our sleeves, get our hands dirty, and circumvent problems.  We turn visions into reality.  We do it because we love what we do.

This has been David Elma's core believe since founding Elma Construction.  Since 1994 David has been working in Construction whether doing the projects himself, managing subcontractors, managing apartment buildings, or even in the real estate business. David has seen most every situation and has leverage this to form Elma Construction.

David graduated from University of Cincinnati with a BS in Free Enterprise and Business Management and has been a life long member of the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky communities.
